As recently announced, we are expanding into the consumer product
market in a big way. Working with a respected and industry known
laboratory, Gar Labs, we have developed an exciting new hair style
and sunscreen product that will be marketed to men who have male
pattern baldness, thin or thinning hair. Sun & Style is the only
sunblock product marketed directly to men with thinning hair. Our
unique product will be the first to offer SPF 15 sunblock UVA and
UVA broad spectrum scalp protection that when applied will also let
you style your hair and leave it natural looking and manageable.
Other sunscreen products, if sprayed over ones head, will make hair
oily, gooey unmanageable or rock hard. We are confident that this
marketing and advertising strategy will make us stand out and a currently
vacant niche.

and we have developed a strong niche product that will appeal to
millions of men. Go in to any drugstore and you will see no other
product that is marketed to men with thinning hair that can leave
their hair natural and manageable.
PUBLISHING DIVISION
SELF PUBLISH
Our proprietary magazine division will launch and roll out an array
of titles and product in diverse markets. Our multi-prong strategy
is to build the core product all-the-while using it as a launching
pad, so-to-speak, to introduce, market and promote ancillary products.
A magazine read by tens-of-thousands of consumers is a viable vehicle
to spin off new product. This is a great benefit, as since we own
the magazine title. Any given publication can launch, promote, advertise
and sell product that can include: videos, books, toys, calendars,
clothing much more. In addition to these products, a specific magazine
can distribute special theme issues such a holiday, specific theme
and anniversary. The publication also serves as an online business
model as well. Its web site serves as a valuable advertising
and promotional vehicle for the core product as well as the ancillary
products.
The business strategy driving this division is to produce titles
that are would be in high demand, editorially unique and would carve
out a strong niche for itself. The reason why this business model
works so well is because the publications have moderate print runs,
which reduces the largest cost (printing) for publishers, and still
maximizes advertising revenue and advertiser interest. A regional
or niche title can produce and distribute a fraction of what a national
magazine produces and still generate strong advertising and subscriber
revenue. This allows the product to establish, grow and begin to
roll out in other regions as well.
We will also be poised to publish national magazines in the one-shot
category. These titles are mass-market magazines that are of great
interest to the general public, usually based on an immediate happening
or current event. These titles can command a premium cover price
with just moderate production values. Historically, these one-shot
titles bring in very high print orders, often well above 600,000
units and sales are generally strong. Titles have often sold out
leading to strong reorders or second printing. Past titles, produced
by president Bruce Schoengood that have been very successful include: "Dale
Earnhardt", "Princess Diana", "The Gulf War" and "9/11".

We are pleased and proud to announce that "Successful
Child" magazine is being honored by Mental Health America. We will
receive one of their four prestigious advocacy awards. Mental Health
America (formerly known as the National Mental Health Association)
is the countrys leading nonprofit dedicated to helping ALL
people live mentally healthier lives. With our more than 320 affiliates
nationwide, we represent a growing movement of Americans who promote
mental wellness for the health and well-being of the nation. Lorraine
Bracco of the Sopranos is a previous honoree of the same award.
"Successful Child" is the first consumer publication
to focus in detail on parents with children with special needs. It
will serve as an invaluable resource for both parents and industry
professionals. Successful Child is devoted to informing and empowering
parents as to how they can make the best choices for their children
and family. Industry professionals can rely on Successful Child as
a resource guide for information that may fall outside their specialty.
"Successful Child" explores the significance of
