Through its subsidiaries, Island Breeze International's current efforts are focused on developing and operating entertainment cruise operations. In this effort, Island Breeze International is currently evaluating port locations in East Asia and the United States for the establishment of its initial operations. The Company currently owns two cruise vessels, the m/v Casino Royale and the m/v Island Breeze.

The m/v Casino Royale is approximately 132 meters (430 feet) in length, has a cruising speed of 17 knots, and is anticipated to have a passenger capacity of approximately 1,200 upon completion of the intended renovations. It is expected that upon completion of the Company's intended renovations the m/v Casino Royale will offer a 300 seat buffet restaurant, a 100 seat fine dining restaurant, a casino area with 3.7 meter (12 foot) to 4.3 meter (14 foot) high ceilings, two upper level salons, a VIP lounge, a sports bar, and a covered outdoor entertainment area. The m/v Casino Royale was originally built as an overnight passenger/vehicle ferry with a car/truck deck which has been converted to passenger space. This vessel is fitted with an active retractable fin stabilization system which is designed to provide additional passenger comfort in the event of adverse sea conditions.
The m/v Island Breeze is approximately 126 meters (410 feet) in length, has a cruising speed of 18 knots, and is anticipated to have a passenger capacity of 1,200 upon completion of intended renovations. It is expected that upon completion of intended renovations the m/v Island Breeze will offer a 300 seat buffet restaurant, a 100 seat fine dining restaurant, a casino area with 4.6 meter (15 foot) to 4.9 meter (16 foot) high ceilings, a sports bar, a high energy nightclub, a VIP lounge, and a 400 seat showroom. The m/v Island Breeze was originally built as an overnight passenger/vehicle ferry with car decks on the main and mezzanine levels. The vessel was converted to a passenger cruise vessel in 1991 by Alvis Shipyard in Greece. The m/v Island Breeze is fitted with an active retractable fin stabilization system which is designed to provide additional passenger comfort in the event of adverse sea conditions.
