For the foreseeable future, Nanotechnology will not be dominated by futuristic disease killing Nano-Robots or memory chips operating at cryogenic temperatures, but rather by chemical products with unique qualities that respond to a broad base of consumer and industry needs. A variety of such products are within the Company’s capacity to invent, design, and manufacture. Accordingly, Nano Chemical Systems Holdings will emphasize the design, production and marketing of products that incorporate our proprietary Nanotechnology based on products that are drawn from our own branded product line while we continue to service our present customer base by allocating only a decreasing proportion of our manufacturing capacity for private labeled manufacturing. 

Dr. Zuckerman’s appointment as CEO and President is consistent with this overall plan. Dr. Zuckerman is an inventor, principal engineer and scientist with over thirty-five years of extensive experience with protecting, licensing and commercializing intellectual properties. With over 100 launches of new technological products he has authored twelve issued, and an equal number of US Patents in various stages of filing with approximately 100 mirrored foreign patents and patent filings. Nano Chemical Systems plans the enhancement of products we currently produce with Nanotechnology to create the dual advantages of functionality and marketing for products to be sold under the Company's own brand name and in strategic alliances with other Companies with established distribution into target markets. 

High Performance & Little Cost and Nano-Energy from Light:
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings harnesses Nanotechnology’s large increases in surface area that occurs when particles are reduced to nano-size to accrue the significant economic advantage that only minute quantities of materials are required. Theoretically, the nano-size particles of the same material can impart properties to a product with 15,000 times less material than the amount of the larger sized same material. The spectrum of sunlight covers the range of 0.4 to 4.0 electron volts where without augmentation only 5% or less of the energy is sufficient to that allow the conversion of photons to excite and elevate an electron in a material to produce a photovoltaic response. NCSH has developed a proprietary process to capture lower energy light and make even indoor light effective that is incorporated into a product family called “Intelligent Dust”.

Application Specific Marketing:
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings will add an Application Specific Marketing Group as a wholly owned subsidiary to offer innovative Nanotechnology products and align with other Companies to reduce the time and resources needed to supplement the Company’s existing product line and reduce the lead-time to enter new markets. The Company’s four basic Nanotechnologies have multiple, market specific application and consist of: “Intelligent Dust”, lubricants loaded with Nano- spheres ball bearings, UV light protection of fabrics and chemiluminescence controlled-life glow paints. Distribution of our proprietary “Intelligent Dust” to other companies will piggy-back sales for faster access to such disparate markets as the disinfection of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus, a potentially life treating bacteria (MRSA) and the creation of self-whitening dental fillings. 

Proven Cost Competitive Manufacturing:
NCSH has efficiently manufactured a plethora of its own branded and private labeled products in a 36,000 square foot plant. The Company has a rich store of manufacturing know-how yielding the commercial advantage of choosing from this product base a product match to be used to launch a Nanotechnology enhanced product with production already in place and with low unit production cost and reduced time to market.
