North Star Diamond’s CEO, Walter Stunder, is now in the process of transforming NSDM into a vertically integrated company with a positive cash flow throught the sales of cut and polished diamonds as well as finished jewelry. Mr. Stunder is an accomplished gemologist and a seasoned veteran within the diamond marketing industry.

The funds generated by the sales of cut diamonds and jewelry will be used for diamond exploration, thereby reducing or eliminating the need to sell shares for further exploration. This will augment shareholder value by reducing or eliminating dilution caused by share sales to support exploration. NSDM will be forming joint ventures with other diamond exploration companies.

NSDM has acquired a 100% interest in a highly prospective, strategically located diamond project located in the Superior Craton in Canada. The Superior Craton is the largest Archean Craton in the world, representing 23% of the world's Archean rocks. These rocks are currently the focus of exploration for diamond deposits by various companies. NSDM now controls a total of 104,523 acres of land in Manitoba which was located with the assistance of Computer Enhanced Airborne Magnetics.

NSDM has also expanded its diamond search into the United States where Walter Stunder believes diamonds may be discovered using more modern methods. Also, the higher price of diamonds makes marginal mines now more financially feasible.
