November 19, 1999 - AlphaTrade.com (OTC BB: EBNK) would like to inform our shareholders that effective Monday November 22, 1999 the "e" will be removed from our symbol. The error occurred when it was believed that we were delinquent with our 10QSB3 filing however, this document was filed well before the deadline of November 15, 1999. Effective 2:00 p.m. EST the correction of the trading symbol will be noted on the Daily List at the website www.otcbb.com
The company would like to reiterate that it is current in all its filings and is a fully reporting company.
