Vancouver BC- June 2, 2000: AlphaTrade.com (OTC BB:EBNK) announced today that the company has engaged LM Capital Securities, Inc. of West Palm Beach, Florida to act as financial advisor to the company in exploring a number of strategic options, including acquisitions, joint ventures and raising additional capital for expansion. In addition, the company granted LM Capital the right to privately place up to $10,000,000 in equity for the company.

LM Capital is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.
