AlphaTrade.com Corporate Update

Vancouver BC - March 21, 2001 - AlphaTrade.com (OTC BB: EBNK) In response to many calls the company has received, we would like to affirm that our E-Gate financial product does offer streaming Level II Nasdaq including all Bulletin Board stocks. Our unique Level II application provides the subscriber with all of the bids and all of the offers and the actual size of those bids and offers from every market maker for two stocks at the same time. It has been designed so investors can see what all of the market makers are doing with their favorite stocks at the exact time it is happening and therefore provides a much more reliable indication of actual market activity.

The recent launch of our streaming Intra-day Chart application is second to none in browser based applications. E-Gate's chart application displays 46 different features from streaming tic-by-tic equity data to complete intraday charting. Not only are the charts totally interactive with the subscriber's portfolio but also they can display as many charts as their system can handle. In fact, some subscribers are displaying as many as 12 streaming intraday charts at one time.

Our News application has been upgraded and recently we have added Options. More enhancements are coming and we welcome all suggestions from our subscribers.
