AlphaTrade.com anticipated activities to be completed
during the 2006 calendar fourth quarter

VANCOUVER, British Columbia- August, 30, 2006 - AlphaTrade.com (OTCBB: APTD) updates on Company activities anticipated to be completed during the 2006 calendar fourth quarter.

In an effort to continually expand its customer base AlphaTrade has been working hard on developing new applications. With the release of several new applications that will expand our subscriber base, while improving our advertising program reach.

AlphaTrade also anticipates that its new products will be readily accepted in the marketplace because currently there is a demand for financial products that will provide site visitors with valuable and useful financial information.

AlphaTrade's easy to implement and simple to use products are capable of handling huge volumes of requests, this can only benefit our advertisers, because of the ever expanding reach of their professionally created adverts.

Our advertising program is being integrated into all of our new products and will be managed by our highly sophisticated databases and integrated back end servers to ensure our advertisers continue to receive solid value for their advertising budgets. We expect a full range of adverts to be marketed in this format before the end of 2006 and hope to have expanded this greatly by the first quarter of 2007. Once launched, these new products will provide additional revenue streams and opportunities for AlphaTrade.

To support the launch of these products, AlphaTrade will be announcing a number of co-marketing relationships with a number of heavily trafficked, targeted websites. Alongside our anticipated presence on popular websites and planned marketing campaigns, AlphaTrade anticipates a heightened awareness of its brand and a significant increase in its registered user base.

Finally, to enhance all of the new products and activities, AlphaTrade's website has been revamped to draw focus to our new products and services, meanwhile providing an increased user-friendly interface.
