Getting Started with E-Gate Help

Welcome to the E-Gate Quick Reference Guide. This help file is designed to quickly give you tips and technical solutions.

If you need help with one of the E-Gate services, click on the "E-Gate Help" from the left side menu, then click the service name.

The "Library" section includes comprehensive information about symbol input method, exchange codes, indices legend, currency codes, Market Maker IDs, trading schedule and glossary.
