Public Companies Stories"

| To do a Keyword
search |

- Right click on the News window. A menu appears
- Select 'Keyword Search'
- The News window's appearance changes
- Type the words you want to search for
- Press 'Enter' on your keyboard
- When the list of news headlines appears, click on the
one you want to read
- The story is displayed in a new browser window

| To do a Symbol
search |
 |
- Right click on the News window. A menu appears
- Select 'Symbol Search'
- The News window's appearance changes
- Type the symbol you want to search for
- Press 'Enter' on your keyboard
- When the list of news headlines appears, click on the
one you want to read
- The story is displayed in a new browser window

- Move your mouse over 'Custom NewsWire'. A sub-menu
appears
- Select one of the three options

- Select your desired options (i.e. Business, Healthcare,
Finance, International, Technology or Internet)

- Right click on a particular news headline. A menu
appears
- Select your desired options (i.e. Chart, Level 2, Snap
Quote or Time & Sales). A sub-menu appears with one
or more symbols associating to the news
- Select your desired symbol

| To save / restore
preferences |
 |
- Right click on the News window. A menu appears
- Select 'Save Preferences' if you are satisfied with the
size and positioning of the News window on your screen.
Next time you open the News, it will show up at the same
size and the same position on your screen
- If you regret doing any size and positioning changes
to the News window, before you hit 'Save Preferences',
select 'Restore Preferences' to go back to your last saved
preferences
